At The Toy Place, we want every child to love their new toy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused toys in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the included packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our toy experts inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
